RATES: $165.00 per night, double occupancy: Jan-Dec

We want your stay at Raylia Cottage to be comfortable, check out the amenities:  ​-  Ferry pickup and drop off can be arranged. -  Non -smoking environment -​  Comfortable room with queen size bed and down duvet -  Double Futon in living area -  Bathroom with shower -  South facing deck with patio seating for lounging and   reading -  Outdoor table for dining "el-fresco" - Television, DVD, CD , WIFI  and movies      ​-  Hammock for relaxing naps - Cozy woodstove and electric heating  ​-  Beach Towels  And two over loving golden retreivers to keep you company!!!! ​Plus 2 lovey cats and some crazy chickens!!

       $  20.00 per night for additional adult,        $ 10.00 additional child, under 10 free        $30.00 cleaning fee for 2 nights ,  $40 for longer ​Minimum 2 night stay for long weekends. ​Christmas Rates: $180.00/night Dec 20- Jan 4 Weekly Rates: $1000.00 

PAYMENT:50% deposit required at time of booking, balance due upon arrival.   Payment by cash, or cheque, e-trasfer 

CANCELLATION POLICY: ​Deposit refundable with 30  days notice

CHECK IN TIME:  3:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
